Yes, I am an ATIA-certified member in good standing (verify on atia.ab.ca). All translation will have ATIA stamp and my signature.
Yes, most documents can be processed entirely online — such as those submitted directly to the IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) or CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) portals—with no need for in-person handoffs. You will get the stamped translation PDF by email.
For the select few documents that must be submitted physically (such as those to be submitted in an actual office, e.g. Registry or apostille/authentication services), our original paper copy with a physical stamp is required. Please select hard copy translation.
A soft copy is an encrypted PDF, and a hard copy is a wet-ink paper document. They look similar to each other, both bearing the stamp and signature.
Documents of 3 pages or fewer are typically completed the next business day (following payment confirmation). For larger orders or multiple documents, please consult the service agent by clicking the chat button in the lower right corner for an estimated price and turnaround time.
We will mail the hard copy to you, either by Canada post regular mail (free, 4-6 business days) or Xpress Mail (extra charge, 2 business days). After COVID, we’ve been working from home and no pick up is available.
